Stacey Burson feeds 2-month-old Renee in her wrap. Stacey wrote, “I can hold her even closer to my heart while breastfeeding.”
Joy Mottram took this picture herself as she fed her twins when they were 3 weeks old.
Agneta Romin and her son wear their Scout uniforms as she breastfeeds. She wrote on Facebook, “It’s perfect to breastfeed while you´re a scoutleader! The food is quick to fix!” That seems to me to be an excellent example of being prepared.
Sarah Eliason Cline breastfeeds baby Charlotte at their home. Sarah wrote on Facebook, “If this isn’t love, I don’t know what is!” It’s a great example of love in action.
Caitlin Young sent this picture of her drying her hair while nursing her daughter, Autumn (3 months old at the time of the picture). Caitlin wrote that this scene “is early morning getting ready to go out.” She added, “I never thought I would be drying my hair and breastfeeding simultaneously, but it really wasn’t that hard.”
Kirstie Clarke tandem feeds during the Annual Breastfeeding In Public Spaces support event in the UK at Stroud. The sign below welcomed people to the event. I hope to post more pictures from this and similar picnics in the future.
Whozat sent me links to two pages on her blog that show wonderful pictures of her, partner Shrike and baby Peeper. Not all of them show breastfeeding, but many of them do. I’m going to start with two today, and I’ll post more later.
I love the top photo! Peeper seems to know what she wants and where to find it, reaching for Whozat’s breast inside her shirt.
The picture at right shows the family at a different time, when Peeper is busy taking nourishment from Whozat’s breast. All three are obviously enjoying the fun.
