Lisa Fidler-Orth and her husband thought their 22-day-old daughter should share in celebrating New Year’s Eve 2006. She looks festive while she enjoys nursing at Mom’s breast.

Agneta Romin and her son wear their Scout uniforms as she breastfeeds. She wrote on Facebook, “It’s perfect to breastfeed while you´re a scoutleader! The food is quick to fix!” That seems to me to be an excellent example of being prepared.

Drying hair while feeding

Caitlin Young sent this picture of her drying her hair while nursing her daughter, Autumn (3 months old at the time of the picture). Caitlin wrote that this scene “is early morning getting ready to go out.” She added, “I never thought I would be drying my hair and breastfeeding simultaneously, but it really wasn’t that hard.”

Moms join to breastfeed in public at picnics

Kirstie Clarke tandem feeds during the Annual Breastfeeding In Public Spaces support event in the UK at Stroud. The sign below welcomed people to the event. I hope to post more pictures from this and similar picnics in the future.

Smiling mom

Alison Schneider looks so happy while she breastfeeds her baby. Her comment under this picture on Facebook reads, “Ahhh, happy breastfeeding hormones! I am like sooooo at peace with the world….” I’m sure her infant was at peace with the world, too, while taking nourishment from Mom’s breast.
